Kay Lawrence is the deuteragonist in Creature from the Black Lagoon. She is a scientist. She is played by Julie Adams.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Kay worked as a scientist under Dr. Mark Williams and later, Dr. David Reed whom she fell in love, and became engaged with. Dr. Edwin Thompson mentions her doing valuable research. She unsuccessfully tried telling Mark that "his ambition was showing".
Joining the Expedition[]
She becomes a member of the expedition to the The Black Lagoon, she later wears Kay's Bathing Suit when they enter the Black Lagoon.
Swim[]
